Gosito (Nigeria) Co., Ltd will provide a 10-year conditional warranty service for your Royal Night mattress and underlay based on the terms of this warranty card, in case of process defects or material defects.

1. Within ten years of purchasing a mattress or underlay

      According to the terms stated in this warranty card, Royal Night has the right to decide whether to repair or replace mattresses or underpads that have problems due to production errors free of charge

2. Mattresses or underpads with a warranty period exceeding ten years

      Royal Night has the right to decide whether to repair or replace problematic goods and charge related fees. The charging standard is 10% of the latest official retail guide price for products of the same level at the time of replacement multiplied by the number of years the product has been sold. The maximum charge is 70% of the latest official retail guide price.

3. Transportation costs

      If there is a product quality issue within the warranty period that is not caused by consumer reasons and falls under legal regulations, the shipping cost for replacement, repair, or return will be borne by Royal Night.

4. Same material

      If the same materials cannot be obtained, Royal Night has the right to choose materials of equal quality as substitutes.

5. How to obtain quality warranty services

      Please contact Royal Night and present the original warranty card you hold and the invoice issued by the retailer where the product was purchased.

1. Bed cloth (including any stains, burn marks)

2. Damage caused by improper use and handling

3. The handle is only used to assist in positioning or moving the mattress after placement, and cannot withstand the weight and cost of the mattress

4. Frame bending caused by moving or folding the mattress

5. Bedding products sold with defective products

6. Personal preference reasons for the softness and hardness of mattresses

7. Mattress damage caused by using an inappropriate bed frame

1. Do not fold your mattress as this may cause damage to the frame.

2. Do not stand or jump on the mattress, as this can damage the spring structure and mattress performance.

3. To ensure the cleanliness of the mattress, please use a mattress protective pad.

4. Please choose a suitable bed frame. Using a bed frame that lacks support can cause your mattress to sink. Using a mattress with a mattress cushion can provide you with appropriate support and make the mattress more durable.

5. Using dry cleaning chemicals can cause damage to the mattress material.

6. Regularly flipping the mattress position is very important. Mattresses are designed to provide close support, so slight compression of the upper layer of the mattress is normal. Regularly flipping the mattress can evenly distribute body pressure to different parts of the mattress, making it more durable. Please refer to "How to Flip Mattresses" for regular flipping

Within the first three months of use, flip it every two weeks;

After three months, flip it every two to three months.  

Flip method:

1. Hold the diagonal of the mattress tightly and rotate it 180 degrees clockwise, ensuring alignment with the lower frame;

2. Your mattress has completed the head and tail adjustment.  

Warning: Please do not flip the mattress alone, as this may cause bodily injury or damage to the mattress.
